The e-mail address of non-members who contact us will also be held by the Society.

To disseminate information about the activities of the Society including the forthcoming programme, regular and ad hoc activities and social events.

Your personal information is used only for these purposes; we will never share it with third parties unless we have your explicit consent to do so.

Where is my data held?

The Treasurer, who has responsibility for membership holds your information securely. The Treasurer will share this information with the committee, when relevant, in order to facilitate the effective and efficient running of the Society. The Committee Member responsible for GDPR is Christine Harrington.
